Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your PawCouple account (developed by Hoang Nguyen) and the data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete it in the app

• Open PawCouple and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm and tap delete. The account and its data are deleted immediately.

Option 2: Ask by email

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, subject "Account deletion request". We will verify the request, delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account, sessions on every device, your pet, coins and hearts, and outfits.
• Your moods, notes and answers, including those in past memories.
• Feedback you sent and the plan details stored on our servers.

What is kept

• The home, its furniture and the memories created by whoever still lives there remain theirs.
• Purchase history is kept by the App Store or Google Play under their policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your store first.
